The amazing views from my room onto the sea were nice and made each morning special. The bar and restaurant provided excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the selection of fresh local cheeses while sitting by the bay window with a lovely view.

Everything was modern, good service, incredible location really close to Santa Luzia church, Viana's Old Town, a compact, walkable area and the funicular. Our room was well-appointed with great bed and the overall experience was very lovely. A hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets were available there. The staff was competent and very attentive all day long.
The hotel staff was not so friendly.

The amazing view from my room towards the city and the cathedral. I found the pool area very nice with a great temperature and fine views. Breakfast options were good, especially enjoyed the variety they offered. The pool table provided a fun way to relax after a day of exploring.
